The Hell Honey OG, the complex heat in this 5oz bottle comes from the blend of deeply spicy & floral habaneros, earthy serranos, and sweet red bell peppers fermented for 7 days with garlic, onions, and spices. Rounded out with fresh roasted pineapple, lime juice, distilled vinegar, and additional spices, this sauce is like the ideal lover: hot, sweet, bright, and packed with garlic. The heat comes on pretty quickly and sticks around enough without overstaying its welcome. Subtle funky flavors and aromas from the 1 week fermentation shine, helping accentuate the peppers and fruit. Lime juice and added brine brighten everything up.
